About me

In my practice for psychotherapy my curiosity and inquisitiveness are at the middel of it all. Besides my studies at the Academy for Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapy, my background as a visual artist and teacher add to my experience.

Constructive approach

In therapy as well as in fine arts we are challenged to see things from a different perspective. I help my clients find their disabling belief systems and offer alternative approaches for constructive and creative insights tailored to each individuals’ and/or couples’ need.

Movement

Besides ‘talking’ therapy I have developed a ‘walking’ version. By literally moving our legs we start to trust our body to help us unravel thoughts and assumptions, shedding new light on unexpected blind spots.
